StatForge provides verified competitive match data, APIs, and tools for platforms, applications, and integrations. By accessing or using StatForge services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Services

StatForge provides:

• Verified match outcomes and standings
• Player and team performance data
• API access for integrations
• Platform tools for reviewing and validating matches

StatForge does not provide raw or unverified tracking data as part of its customer-facing services.

All verified results represent the platform's canonical record of match outcomes.

3. Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Not share login credentials
• Notify us of unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. API Access

If you use the StatForge API:

• You must use an issued API key
• API keys must be kept secure and never exposed publicly
• You may only access endpoints allowed by your key's scope

You may not:

• Attempt to bypass access restrictions
• Reverse engineer or scrape internal systems
• Access or attempt to access internal pipeline or detection systems

StatForge reserves the right to:

• Rate limit requests
• Revoke API access
• Suspend or terminate abusive usage

5. Data Usage

You may use StatForge data to:

• Display match results
• Build applications or integrations
• Support competitive systems (tournaments, rankings, etc.)

You may not:

• Misrepresent verified results
• Modify or falsify match outcomes
• Resell or redistribute data in a way that competes with StatForge's core service

StatForge retains all rights to its data, aggregation, and validation systems.

6. Match Verification & Accuracy

StatForge provides reviewed and verified match outcomes.

However:

• Data may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable
• Verification depends on available evidence and platform processes
• StatForge does not guarantee absolute accuracy in all cases

Users must not treat StatForge data as legally binding or guaranteed truth in disputes.

7. Platform Conduct

You agree not to:

• Abuse platform tools (including review systems)
• Submit false or misleading match data
• Attempt to manipulate rankings or outcomes
• Interfere with platform operations

StatForge may suspend or terminate access for violations.

8. Availability

StatForge may:

• Modify or discontinue services
• Perform maintenance or updates
• Restrict access to protect system integrity

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Abuse the API or platform
• Create risk to system integrity

You may stop using StatForge at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

StatForge is provided as-is.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for damages resulting from use of the service
• We are not responsible for decisions made using platform data
• We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or inaccuracies

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
